For orders placed by 1 PM CST, most in-stock items will ship within 24 hours of ordering; some orders, needing customization, may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Expedited orders cannot be delivered on weekends or holidays.
Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances. In the event of a backorder, you will be provided an approximate shipment date. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
All orders over $35, excluding tax, will receive FREE shipping. For orders under $35, excluding tax, a flat rate of $15 will be added. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
We ship to all U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Overnight and express deliveries are not available for these destinations.
We are happy to ship to our military men and women serving abroad, please use the format when entering a military address:

We hope you are completely delighted with your Moments By Design purchase, if for some reason you weren’t, we’re happy to accept your return but please keep in mind that merchandise
- Must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original method of payment.
- Any items marked as Final Sale or custom deigned party boxes cannot be returned.
- All items included in party boxes must be returned in their original packaging.
- All items must not be used or show signs of wear and tear as these items will not be refunded or credited back to the original method of payment.
- Returns may take approximately 2- 3 weeks to process.
- Only the value of the goods returned will be refunded and NOT the value of any shipping paid.
MAKING A RETURN
- Please fill out the return form included with your packing slip and enclose it in your package.
- All items, except final sale or custom parties, will arrive with a pre-paid, pre-addressed SmartLabel.
- Affix the SmartLabel to your package, covering up the original shipping label.
- No postage is required and there is no cost for using the label.
- Please make a note of your tracking number so you may track your return’s progress. Moments By Design is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

CUSTOM DESIGNED PARTY BOXES
- All custom designed party boxes are made-to-order, meaning once the art work is approved the order cannot be modified or cancelled. Due to this the return and cancellation policy differs from the rest of our site.
- No exchanges, returns or refunds will be given on custom designed party boxes once the artwork has been approved.
- If a custom designed party box order is cancelled prior to final artwork approval a design fee of 50% of the retail price will apply.
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. Most returns will process in 2 -3 weeks. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to choose another style of party or party supplies please return your items following our return policy and place an order for the new items you’d like to purchase. If you had a discount on your original order, please email us with your new order number so we can match the discount from your previous order, the matching discount will only be applied to items that were not included in the theme or party supplies of the original order.
